   I got these to help me battle the thorny blackberry vines in my yard. They are great. I can grapple the vines fearlessly with these and not get poked. I am a small person and these long gloves go all the way to my shoulders. I have a little trouble with them slipping down my arms. Perhaps I need arm suspenders?

   Love these gloves, just what I was looking for. Heavy duty, lined. My only disappointment is the length. They are far from shoulder length. They come comewhere between my elbow and shoulder, maybe 6″-8″ from the shoulder.
